Adam Brody in The O.C. tv showFor girls out there, if you love the tv series The O.C., you probably dig this handsome guy, Adam Brody. He plays the awkward and nerdy Seth, and by the way, he is definitely the sexiest geek you'll ever see on tv.

Born in San Diego City, California, the young actor's first tv appearances include roles in Growing Up Brady, Gilmore Girls, and The Sausage Factory. But his biggest breakthrough came when he was cast as Seth Cohen on the hit tv show The O.C., for which he won the Teen Choice Award for Choice Actor. He also appeared in films such as The Ring (2002), Grind (2003), Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005), Thank You for Smoking (2006), In the Land of Women (2007), and Death In Love (2008).

Adam is now considered as one of the hottest young stars of today. He was twice placed on Teen People's annual list of "25 Sexiest Stars under 25", and was the first male on the cover of Elle. He was also ranked No. 17 in Independent Online's "100 Sexiest Men Alive".

Hercules: The Legendary Journeys tv showHercules: The Legendary Journeys is a tv series produced from 1995 to 1999 and was very loosely based on the tales of the classical Greek culture hero Heracles (Hercules was his Roman analogue). The show became one of the highest rated syndicated shows in television history.

Filmed in New Zealand and United States, the series ran for six seasons and was set in a fantasy version of ancient Greece not precisely located in historical time. Kevin Sorbo stars as Hercules and Michael Hurst plays his sidekick Iolaus. Robert Trebor, who plays Salmoneus, often rotates with Iolaus as Hercules' other sidekick.

Typical plot lines involve Hercules and Iolaus (or Salmoneus) saving rustic villagers from monsters, evil warlords, or the often selfish whims of the gods. The show also has a mixture of Oriental, Egyptian, and Medieval elements in various episodes.
